The project was developed for MV LINE, translating the company’s core values—comfort, protection, and harmony—into a visual sequence inspired by the 1953 Japanese film Gate of Hell.

The concept centers on the idea of the threshold as a transitional space between interior and exterior, serving as a visual metaphor for the perceptual role of curtains and mosquito nets. Each board is paired with an original bilingual poem in Italian and Japanese, with Japanese chosen both for its cultural reference and for the visual quality of vertical writing, echoing the form of a curtain.
